I have more or less become a lifelong fan of the Classic Suede Puma shoes. The fit is just as my last pair was, and they look and feel great.

My problem is that, unlike the previous pair of shoes, they did not come with the second set of thick laces. For me, that's almost a deal breaker... Especially when it's listed/answered by the seller that they are included. I found an empty bag in the box (that I am assuming held the thick laces) and I double, and triple checked the box but could not find them. The package containing the shoes was not tampered with and the delivery man handed it straight to me... So my conclusion is that they were dropped or taken out of the box while at the Amazon warehouse.

All in all, definitely a good product, but only a one star rating until I receive what was promised in the box.
